Chief Technical Advisor
Under the authority of the UNDP Resident Representative and in collaboration with the national counterpart, the Chief Technical Advisor is responsible for the overall management of the program in accordance with the UNDP DEX modalities and regulations. The Chief Technical Advisor will supervise all the operational activities of the program with the following indicative specific responsibilities and tasks:
„« Develop and implement the different program activities (preparation of annual and quarterly work plans, annual and periodic activities and expenditure reports as required on program execution);
„« Manage the financial, human and material resources of the program in accordance with the rules and regulations of the United Nations;
„« Develop, coordinate, maintain collaboration and synergies with other actors in the field including UN agencies, Government agencies, NGOs for the reintegration, rehabilitation and the overall recovery activities in the field;
„« In collaboration with OCHA, ensure smooth transitional recovery coordination by providing support to the sector leads, strengthening the capacities of the government officials for sector coordination where possible, and by facilitating inclusive and participatory meetings of all agencies and actors in the sector of reintegration and rehabilitation;
„« Ensure and facilitate adequate institutional coordination between the program and the government authorities, donors and various partners;
„« Contribute to resource mobilization efforts through preparation of proposals, co-funding opportunities presented by donors, and within the UN system and other agencies for the program;
„« Coordinate and facilitate the process of an efficient community consultations mechanism for the consolidation of the war affe
